直径36_16齿的齿轮球关节,本来还想做四个球的...好像有点麻烦,算了.

打印部分:
打印件底部区分圆底和平底,平底更好打印
圆底不低于50%密度,不要用树形支撑,顶底图案同心圆
你可以打印两个圆底,两个平底或者一个圆一个平
齿轮球各半个,用胶水粘合


齿球和球碗间隙的测试
0.4不容易齿轮卡死,但是没法放布料上画8字,很涩.
0.45间距不容易卡,但卡了动不了,得用力向两边掰开转动.
0.5很顺滑.很容易卡,但容易掰回来.

综合体验我提供了0.4和0.45的版本,至于这两参数之间的我没有打印测试.FDM打印偏差的因素很多,就不0.01的改参数抠精度了.

Test of the gap between the gear ball and the ball bowl 0.4 is not easy to jam the gear, but it can’t put cloth on it to draw an eight, it’s very astringent. 0.45 gap is not easy to jam, but if it jams, it can’t move, you have to force it to pry it open and rotate it. 0.5 is very smooth. It is easy to jam, but easy to pry back.

Comprehensive experience I provide 0.4 and 0.45 versions, as for the two parameters between I did not print test. FDM printing deviation factors are many, do not change the parameters by 0.01 to pick accuracy.
