Description

These are parts designed for a stand-alone frame for the AMS Lite to be top-mounted but not on the printer, in an attempt to eliminate the vibrations arising from movement of the AMS Lite system when loaded with 4 spools while the printer is running.
The printable parts are designed for 1x2 inch legs and a 2020 t-slot bar on the top. The feet are connected to the steel legs using 4 M5 bolts that thread into rivet nuts on the legs.

The shoulder parts also connect to the legs using M5 bols and rivet nuts. The current height of the legs requires longer PTFE tubes, but the height came out unnecessarily too tall.

I used 450 mm long, but they turned out to be too tall. you can easily remove 60-100mm off.

Did you ever find anything? I tried finding wooden ones but 1" x 2" boards are really 3/4" x 1 3/4".

Do you have the link for the legs and the bar on the top?

Amazing design. You seem to achieve a high level of transparency for the main enclosure. Is there a general guideline to achieve this?

In my case, almost everything fits nicely. Some parts were a bit tight and required a tap with a rubber mallet. Can you tell me which parts gave you trouble so I can have a look at them? I already modified some parts that I found to be too tight, and will update the parts as soon as I have the time this week.
