Description

This 2-digit counter boasts a stylish design! It features a wheel with a satisfying click. Each number comes to a stop with a click. and easy snap on assembly.

Assembly:

0. print a total of 5 parts: ‘Case_M’, ‘Case_F’, ‘Spring’, ‘Wheel_A’, and ‘Wheel_B’. Choose either the Standard or Reversed case, and select either Normal or Soft for the spring.

1. Put the wheel onto the 'case_M' part and check its rotation. If it feels stiff, use sandpaper or apply a small amount of grease to the inside of the wheel. (When you choose the reversed design case the wheel numbers must be placed downward.)

2. Put the spring onto the ‘case_M’ part.

3. Snap-on the opposite side of the case.

Notes:

  • Recommended layer height: 0.15 - 0.20mm, In my case with slicer, layer heights above 0.28mm, the spring, wheel clearance lost are do not function.
  • Do not use Matte PLA, Silk PLA, as they have weak layer adhesion and can break with snap-on.

Great Job! It works great. I have printed 12 of them to keep scores in some games we play in my P.E. classes. My son complains that he has to move the wheel twice to change the number... but I think he is just a lazy teenager XDDD. Love it.

i'm actually with the kid on this, it would make more sense to have it be one click is one incriment, that way you can use it without having to look at it each time to make sure you got it correct

I kinda like the double click system since I sometimes have to count fast and it lets me go to 20 between turns of the left wheel. Would be nice to have a second model though ^_-

I wanted 4 but couldn't fit them, so I guess I'll have to print 6.

Nice little counter. My co-worker wanted something for counting the number of fish caught.

Printed great. I moved to the two color with the dominant color on the wheel being different than the body. Helps my old eyes to see it better. Nice model!
