Description

Just in time for the cold season... add some weight and style to your tissue boxes.

Nice modeling challenge in SOLIDWORKS. In this video you will see the design iterations - first without a bottom sliding lid, second with the full enclosure. For a simple cover, without the bottom lid, use this link: https://makerworld.com/en/models/73057#profileId-77633

Are you having problem taking the last tissue from its box? The solution is here.

Part of the “Vertical Collection”, the tissue holder is purposely designed for the Scotties Kirkland Tissue boxes. This one has an optional bottom sliding lid, so you can keep it anywhere, including your car.

Easy print in PLA, no need for supports.

I'd love to make this wall mounted and retain the sliding capabilities. Has anyone tried this with 3m or command strips? I'm thinking it'd need feet to buffer against the wall so the slide doesn't rub the wall/paint constantly.

Great suggestion. Will add a wall-mounting option.

I heard you. Will model one tonight and upload it without a real picture. Will add a picture as soon as I can print one. Today my printer is busy creating a wall covering like a wallpaper... :)

Thanks for your comment. I am curious why you penalized this profile. 3 stars is a major penalty for the rating average. What is wrong and how can I improve the model or the profile to match your expectations?
