I created this phone stand a few years ago in tinkercad. Its simple, prints in place and gets the job done without issues. I've tested this stand with several phones without cases on them. I have tested and some cases do fit without issues, but it all depends on your cases thickness. The stand works with you phone in vertical or horizontal mode. i've also tested with other devices such as my nintendo switch and ipad pro, but use with heavier items at your own risk!
