Oggi vi propongo un kit alternativo, un supporto per estrusore “BMG-WIND” diciamo minimale. Questa configurazione prevede heated block e nozzle volcano, fan 4020 e Bl-touch (opzionale). Per il sistema di aggancio troviamo ormai il consolidato attacco universale “NANO” ( riscontro molti pareri positivi vi ringrazio) con sistema di sgancio rapido. Nel complesso il supporto ha un o stile scarno, un po' “naked” quindi niente copertura ma dolce sulle curve cercando come sempre di valorizzare anche il lato estetico. Come con altri kit, questo è diviso in più parti per facilitarne lo stampaggio in modo da uscirne pulita. L’assemblaggio è effettuato con inserti di ottone a caldo (inseriteli nel verso giusto) per avere un lavoro pulito e non usurare il supporto con il gioco di viti. Ne risulta un sistema molto compatto che può essere usato con X! E Genius. Dopo numerose richieste, ho inserito nelle foto di galleria anche lo Z-probe per il Bl-touch.

Today I propose an alternative kit, a support for a “BMG-WIND” extruder, let's say minimal. This configuration includes heated block and volcano nozzle, fan 4020 and Bl-touch (optional). For the coupling system we now find the consolidated universal attachment "NANO" (feedback from many positive opinions thank you) with quick release system. Overall, the support has a lean style, a bit “naked” so no coverage but sweet on the curves, trying as always to enhance the aesthetic side as well. As with other kits, this one is divided into several parts to make it easier to mold and come out clean. The assembly is carried out with hot brass inserts (insert them in the right direction) to have a clean job and not to wear the support with the set of screws. The result is a very compact system that can be used with X! And Genius. After numerous requests, I also included the Z-probe for the Bl-touch in the gallery photos.

Below is a guide with very simplified photos in Italian and English versions, and at the end of the article the settings used in print (at least for me.) Good reading.
