Description

Cooling fan duct that provides better part cooling using a 5015 centrifugal blower fan for the Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0. Can be mounted without disassembling the fan shroud.

One M3*20 bolt + nut needed for mounting the blower fan.

Supports needed for the bridges of the air outlets and the overhang on the attachment plate.

MZ 2.0 Part Cooler 5015 can be printed in PLA. The air ducts are a little bit further away from the heater block and nozzle to prevent deformation. This will not affect part cooling. I've been using this duct for months without issues with the fan only at 75%.

MZ 2.0 Part Cooler 5015 Extended is a version with the air ducts close to the nozzle. Print this part in PETG or a filament with a higher glass transition temperature than PLA.

I recommend a silicone sock for both fan ducts to improve temperature stability of the hottend.
