PTKM-1R Anti-tank anti-roof mine. Intelligent ammunition for fighting tanks

The new ammunition can strike the least protected part of a tank or self-propelled gun - the roof of the turret or hull.

The PTKM-1R mine can hit armored vehicles selectively - only those types of equipment that meet the specified parameters in terms of noise and ground vibration.

It is installed manually, at a distance of 5 to 50 m from the probable route of the target, i.e. it isn't easy to detect.

PTKM-1R consists of:

►transport and launch container;

►combat element.

The transport and launch container is equipped with acoustic and seismic target sensors, the combat element is equipped with infrared and radar sensors.

When the target approaches a distance of 50 m from the mine installation site, the seismic target sensor issues a command to shoot the combat element. The combat element moves along a ballistic trajectory, while the sensors of the combat element - thermal and radar - scan the earth's surface. The new PTKM-1R ammunition can significantly increase the efficiency of remotely installed anti-tank fields in minefields, and such a mine will cover a circle of about 100 meters.
