Description

So I LOVE my Aeropress and as soon as I got my P1S I knew I would print a storage solution for it.

I just HAD to print Riffnshred's remix of Line Arc Line's “Carry That Skadis!”. Then I printed Logann's filter holder, but realized that the Aeropress filter holder is an additional purchase. The amazing blkhd made a printable holder but I wanted to keep the filters inside the box/wrapping as one less step but extra measure in protecting the filters from water/dust - so I made this! As a bonus, I put a little slot in the back in case you are dabbling with a metal filter like me.

The pictures you see will be different from your print as I made some changes after not being completely satisfied with mine. My personal print didn't account for clearance of the mounting clips (I ended up snipping the bottom of my clips to make it fit) so I lowered the base and also scaled it back to 100% from my initial overly-conservative 98% scaling for fitment. I haven't tested it because I don't want to waste filament so let me know if anything needs tweaking.

For the honeycomb infill on the base, in the “Prepare” tab under “Process”, select “Objects” and click the drop-down to find “Base”. Go to the “Strength" setting and set both “Top-" and “Bottom Shell Layers” to “0”. Then under “Sparse Infill” choose “Honeycomb” or your preferred pattern.

Happy Aeropressing, friends!
