Post event damage recap. the chassis and weapon both held up reasonably well. There was not enough solid material in the ear with cutouts for the motor wires and the force of my own weapon caused the ear shear on the layer lines after my third fight. After hot gluing the ear back together to see what would happen, it broke off fully on a hit during my final fight. Even with only one ear for support, the weapon still ran fine and did not significantly impact performance. This helps show that the weapon should work in flexible (TPU) uprights (core design goal). the low infill side armor did its job to keep weapons out of the wheels as an air gap and the shredded side armor is only cosmetic. I would advise running both disks for the weapon in the same orientation as the shear force caused a crack from tooth to tooth. Even with this crack appearing in my second to last fight, I ran the weapon in my last fight with no apparent change to performance. After each fight, most damage was cosmetic with me not swapping any components or printed parts for any of my 4 fights and leaving with a working robot. a redesigned chassis will be uploaded after Motorama that includes * Better parametric design of the model * Reinforced uprights * Shorter body to reduce weight
