This is a remix of mcfada's One Gallon Milk Jug Cap.

I use a 1 gallon milk jug to transfer bird seed into the feeder in the back yard. I purchase seed in 10lb+ bags which are combersome to try to fill the feeders. I am using this union to mate a undisturbed gallon milk jug with one with the bottom cut out that I use as a large funnel. This makes pouring the seed from the 10lb bag into the milk jug much easier. The 1 Gallon milk jug will fill my feeder a few times before I need to refill it again.

Out filling up the bird seed just after the print cooled. No more taping the two jugs together.

I am sorry you had issues printing. Can you share more specifics about the support issues?

Sure! I printed in PLA w/ exact settings from the profile. Had a really hard time removing all the supports that were supporting the bottom half of the threads, very difficult to break free. Even the brim was very tightly attached to the main model. May be my settings or not applicable to everyone, though.

The print profile doesn’t use supports nor a brim. Those were something that you must have added and not indicative of the print quality. You may want to try to print per the profile and hopefully you will have better results.
