I designed this unit to make a suction system for my lab and I've chosen a multi tube system. Picked up 40mm (OD) drainpipes (with integrated rubber gasket) and connected to chinese cyclone through this unit; my dust collector is a 700w cyclone Rowenta

Use m3 screw secure the 4 fittings part and m5 for the 56 mm tube (ID) and use super glue or silicone to seal.

I still haven't finished my job, but I tested it and it works.

System almost connected, it definitively works. I uploaded the full kit for makers who doesn't want to become crazy with all measurements.

It's based on:

• 40mm (OD) drainpipes;
• 32mm (ID) 38/39mm (OD) suction hose;
• chinese cyclone with 56mm (OD) hose;
• Remix of “Vacuum Hose Swivel Cuff” from cyclone to hose (56mm), from hose to drainpipe and from drainpipe to hose (40mm): screw the hose from one side, insert to cyclone or drainpipe the other side;
• hose/drainpipe holder to screw to ceiling or wall: use a rubber band if needed;
• Choose the fantastic “SHOPVAC (50mm) CAMLOCK CONNECTORS WITH MAGNETIC CATCH” and resize the males to your tools.
