Description

The game board is a perforated board with four rows of round holes arranged one behind the other to hold mushroom-shaped colour tiles and four smaller holes arranged parallel to each other in a square arrangement to hold needle-shaped pins.

At the beginning, one player (the encoder) secretly determines a four-digit, ordered colour code, which is selected from four colours; each colour can also be used several times. The other player (the guesser) tries to find out the code. To complete this, he sets a similar colour code as a question; on the first move he guesses blind, on the following moves with the help of the answers to the previous moves.

After each move, the guesser receives information on how many pegs he has placed correctly in colour and position and how many pegs have the correct colour but are in the wrong position. A match in colour and position is indicated by a black pencil, a correctly coloured pencil in the wrong position by a white pencil. All questions and answers remain in place until the end of the game.

The aim of the rater is to guess the colour code with as few questions as possible. The coder is not allowed to change their colour line and must place the correct number of black and white pegs for each question.

There are also variants with two game boards, where everyone is a guesser on one board and a coder on the other and both take turns asking questions.

Information:
As you can see in the pictures, a mistake happened when printing the lid, will print it again for me sometime. Please print slowly, the first layers.

Very fun game to teach my younger cousins some critical thinking skills. It's also nice to have only 4 colors since it provides an easy first round, which can be followed by a duplicate colors game to add difficulty.

Thanks, I've been thinking a lot about realising such games for 3D printing. Unfortunately, the printing times are very long and in MakerWorld everyone is only fixated on points (i.e. fast prints). So my games are not downloaded that often.
