WheeLamp is a 3D LED lamp shaped like a wheel, featuring a central diffuser that radiates the light from your preferred LEDs. You can also change the color of the cover to add an extra touch to your lamp.
Printing and assembling it is straightforward. I used PLA (though a more heat-resistant material is advisable) and WS2812B LED type to create various scenic and atmospheric effects.
Printing:
I recommend using a resolution of 0.16mm for everything. Only the base needs some support.
NOTE: The diffuser should be printed in VASE MODE with a layer width of 0.6mm.
Assembly:
Assembling WheeLamp is quite simple. You'll need at least about 50cm of LED strip or double if you want to use two rows (the LEDs should have a maximum width of 12mm to fit two rows).
I suggest inserting the connector through the base and washer first, then proceed to solder it onto the strip (but not over the prints!).
Now, attach the strip to the base and insert the diffuser into its guide.
At this point, all you need to do is put on the cover. It also has its guide. If the diffuser doesn't fit well into the cover guide, rotate it until the diffuser aligns with the cover guide, then press it to secure everything.
No glue is needed!
Finally, plug it in and enjoy the show!
