Here is the present i'll make to my lovely wife.

This what the moon looked like the night of our first date.

As i wanted you to be able personalise it i have made all the possible phases.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA Sunlu Black Transmission Distance: 0.3
PLA creality grey Transmission Distance: 6
PLA Sunlu White Transmission Distance: 6
PLA creality grey Transmission Distance: 6
PLA esun Silk Gold Transmission Distance: 6

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #6 (0.56mm) swap to grey
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to White
At layer #17 (1.44mm) swap to grey.
At layer #25 (2.08mm) swap to Silk Gold for the rest.

Here is how to personnalise yours :

1 - search the phase of the moon at your own date :

Go to https://www.webexhibits.org/calendars/moon.html

you will have those choises :

waxing crescent Moon

• first quarter Moon
• waxing gibbous Moon
• full Moon
• waning gibbous Moon
• last quarter Moon
• waning crescent Moon.

2 - Choose your moon on the availables plates :

Pick the one that suits your need .

2 - Personnalise you names, date and text :

To make it very easy, here is how :

Select the object menu on the left, right clic on the line and left clic on modify text….

The frame on the last plate, to be more economical in time and filament, i printed it in 0,28mm height and 10% infill and worked great.
