I'm a fan of vase-mode prints for their low print-time and because the single continuous extrusion can deliver a very stirdy print. The drawback is that you only have a single wall-thickness, but … if you model those walls correctly the end-result can be very sturdy and can still pass air through.
And that defines this version of an AMS Silica Gel container: print in vase-mode with 0.6mm outside wall.
If you want one, print the lid separately (a simple non-vase-mode print) and it should nicely click over the curves.
And I also have a version that fits a rectangular hygrometer, but I would then advise not to fill that one with silica gel as it would seriously skew the readings of that meter.
