Description

Note: The profile contains solid and honeycomb tiles. Use whichever you need for your project.

How can you exceed the limits of your build plate? One way is creating interlocking tiles that cannot be taken apart in normal use!

You can build any rectangular or square configuration, as large as you want, with these tiles.

Do you need 10x10 ft or 10x10 m? What about 1 square kilometer? You can do that - just print enough tiles. :)

Assembly Instructions:

Do your own testing:

The secret is the special geometry of the zipper joint.

If you want to do your own experiment with different filaments or layer thickness, feel free to download the R&D files containing different draft angles for the zipper joint. Find the minimal draft angle that would hold the tiles together in all three directions for your specific use cases.
