My IKEA Hoppvals pull-down blinds couldn't be mounted with their original hardware after I renovated my home (space and position constraints), so I designed a simple bracket that follows the shape of the side of the blind body and converts it to a flat surface for mounting directly on the window.

These are intended to be slid on the body through one of the ends by removing the plastic cap, and to be mounted to a flat surface on a window sash or casing/frame with VHB, or other strong double-sided tape.

An improvement would be if the brackets are made for the blinds to be clip-on - clip-off and I might do a v2 depending on how difficult the removal and re-installation of the blinds is next time I have to do it, but for now with 4 of these backets per blind they are strong and sturdy.
