This is a standard 2 ¼" instrument panel blank.  It is designed to be flush with standard .063" instrument panels.  

Plate accepts standard 6-32 brass nuts and the nuts sit fully embedded in the plate body.  To cage the nuts a small amount of epoxy is recommended, but not required.  Standard instrument screws will work as long as the minimum length meets or exceeds 1/4" 

I printed this is eSun PLA+ and it has held up well in direct sunlight in an RV-9 (Bubble Canopy).  If you are concerned about UV or Temp, print in PETG or other material.
