Hi,
I got my first ever 3D printer 2 weeks ago (BBL P1S) . I had some trouble visualizing the max size of the print (i.e. what is the largest piece I can print without gluing or joining parts together?)
So I decided to make a Cube, where each side is 25cm, which is roughly the max you can print out on the P1S. The cube is light and sturdy, with no gluing necessary - You can now bring this around the house/outside to scout potential new projects with a visual aid for size.
This is also the first ever 3D model that I have made from scratch. this is probably V4 as I had a lot of hard-earned learnings with what is printable and sturdy - adheres to the plate properly and so on.
I would welcome any feedback or criticism of my design, I would like to learn.
