Description

Keep your electronics cooler and your print chamber hotter!

 

For everyone wanting to print more technical materials (or just wanting to extend the longevity of the printer) you will want to have your chamber hot but that comes with the price that you will heat up part of your electronics. Unfortunately these printers don't really separate the electronics from the print chamber air, meaning that when when your chamber is hot, your electronics will be hot.

 

I remixed these designs for better fitment. This will block all the ventilations and/or blank space, between printing volume air and the electronics air.

Just print it in PETG, ABS, ASA, and stick it in place using double sided tape.

I advise to use this part in conjunction with my other parts to separate the air and keep the electronics cool:

Great design print fantastic. I just have to stop printing for a few minutes to open the back and install-it LOL. I print it in PETg, it would be OK in PLA but I'm not a fan of it and ABS with tall walls and long piece doesn't go too well. So there. Thanks for sharing!

I did open my X1C, and the exhaust fan with the filter box prevented me from installing that side. The PCB side was fine and is the most important. This site has a stepper, a switch, and an exhaust blower that doesn't matter if it's exposed to the heat. Thanks anyway.

It was not fitting my p1s. It seems to be the chamber fan that the p1p doesn't have but it was easy to break the part that doesn't fit and everything else was perfect.

Printed well. Used PETG, Not so sure about the logo design having to bridge. And you should really have the infill angle set to 0 or 90 degrees when the model is 45 degrees to the plate otherwise the nozzle goes lengthways and across instead of in rectilinear pattern.

Thanks for the printing and constructive feedback, that's what I like in the comunity. The logo with bridging was just a quick and easy solution to give it a more "custom" look with the Bambu logo without needing AMS! Might not be the best looking, but anyway this is hidden and/or barely seen!
