Interesting. Is this on PC or via Mobile app?
I just downloaded the 3mf and opened it in Bambu Studio on my Mac without issue. It slices properly for me and is printable. Can you maybe give it another go?

I've published a replacement print profile for this one. Better lip/inset system for the lid, and much improved first layer and print overall. This new profile hopefully resolves any issues you had with your error too, if you'd like to try again!
