Description

This model is an updated version, completely redesigned from scratch of a similar one I made some time ago. To print it, use a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layers, 100% infill (except for the base). Import the lampshade into the slicer and divide it into Objects. Color the part in contact with the print bed white (the thickness is 0.8 mm) and the rest in any color you want. Print all the parts. To print the lampshade, use supports (tree-like supports are preferable) because of the screw insert I designed to secure the lamp to the base. Screw the printed bolt to fix the lampshade to the base, then measure the entire inner edge of the lampshade cover. Here, you will insert an LED strip, preferably a Cob one, as they are the best in terms of quality and performance. Thread a power cable through the hole in the base and between the lampshade and the base, solder the LED strip to the power cable, and fix a piece of heat shrink tubing on the soldering to prevent any problems with the PLA due to overheating. Glue the LED strip along the entire inner edge of the lampshade cover, apply glue along the outer edge (the one in contact with the inside of the lampshade), and close the lamp. Secure the cover under the base after properly laying out the power cable. Your LED Bulb is ready! Caution: use only 5V 1A LED strips, preferably a USB power cable with a button. If you use a button with a dimmer, you can adjust the intensity of your lamp. Use a suitable power supply and do not exceed the recommended voltage for your safety and to avoid damaging the item.
