It is an easy print - I printed it with PLA.&nbsp;All the models except the piston can be printed without support. The piston requires a small support for the linkage mechanism.&nbsp;Three small collars are provided to lock the connecting rod between the piston and wheel connections. Use two collars (one on either side for the wheel side). The base plate will require a bit of force to insert the pieces.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

This is a model of a reciprocating motion mechanism. The model shows conversion of rotary motion to a linear motion - An application used in various forms of Engines. This is model can be a useful tool for educational purposes.&nbsp;
