Description
This is the ‘GameCoaster’. A set of up to 6 unique coasters with a Gameboy-cardridge-style container.
You can choose between Title Screens of:
- Super Mario Land
- Mario & Yoshi
- Yoshi
- Donkey Kong
- Pokémon Red
- Pokémon Blue
- Pokémon Yellow
- Street Fighter 2
- Tetris
- Zelda
You'll need the colors black, white, light grey and dark grey for the coasters. For the container: a matte grey looks best.
I printed the coasters in Extrudr DuraPro ASA black/white/grey/anthracite with a 0.2mm nozzle, I had this filament already laying around and I can give them a wash in the dishwasher if need be.
The container was printed in Material4Print PLA “staubgrau”, with a 0.4mm nozzle.
You may also print the coasters in PLA, heat shouldn't really affect them too much.

how can I print this with an 0.04 nozzle

You really shouldn't. The resolution is really bad with a 0.4 nozzle, since the printed lines and pixels are so small. You can still try and create your own 0.4 print profile, though.
