I started off just wanting to make a quick and easy to print jig for getting my screw holes lined up to mount my DCB-112 Battery Charger. Then i decided to make it easier by printing the mount pegs and just screw into a stud. Then i figured i could make that same piece work on a slatwall or pegboard mount and this is the result. I then adjusted my model to accomodate the DCB-118 to make this item more universally applicable.
So you can print the simple jig to hold up to your wall and just mark the holes and be done with it
or
Print out the “Center Stud Mount” of the version you are trying to mount. These pieces can be screwed directly to the wall, or if you have a pegboard or slatwall mount, this little piece just slides into the recessed area from the “back” side. You can glue this in place but you dont need to at all, once the mounting pegs are attached to the Battery Charger, that entire plate will stay securely attached to the pegboard or slatwall attachment.
The Studs/pegs are printed 3mm longer than they need to be to accomodate the thickness of the adapter plates should you need to use one. But at least for me, the mount does not wiggle around
