Description

This is a toy for cosplay or display purposes only! Never brandish this as a real weapon or bring it out in public, this is a toy modeled off of a REAL LIFE firearm, treat it as such. Just because you know it's a toy, doesn't mean other people will. Enjoy, be safe, and be smart!

This was big project for me and I am very pleased withed how it has turned out. Modeled using nothing but a 2D image of an FX-9, tracing and some imagination in Freecad! Customize it to your own liking with the Provided step Files! If you're looking for something akin to a nerf gun this is NOT for you, even the cheapest nerf gun will outperform this in every way, if yoy can even get it to fire. It still makes a great cosplay prop or something cool to put up on your tool rack.

Print Settings:

Reccomended Material: PLA, PLA+, PETG.

Supports: Required for most parts, use your best judgment based on the printer and slicer you are using.

Print Orientation: Refer to print orientation file.

Walls/Top/Bottom: 5+

Infill: Barrels, Latch, Magazine Catch, Bolt, Charging Handle, Trigger, Stock Lock & Rear Plug should be printed a 100% infill. Everything else can be printed at 15% or more if you want more weight.

Additional Hardware:

1 x M3*5 Bolt

6 x M3*6 Bolt

2 x M3*10 Bolt

4 x M3*25 Bolt

4 x M3 Nut

3 x Pen Spring

1 x 0.6x10x305mm Spring (Can be found on AliExpress)

OR

1 x 0.8x10x305mm (Can be found on AliExpress)

Note: These exact Spring and Bolt lengths are not 100% necessary to make this model functional, get creative with junk drawer stuff!

  • Sand Paper (120-180)

I was trying to keep the parts count down and make it usable for people with smaller print beds. I don't really like making models that are more than half a spools worth of filament.

ho definito di stampare tutto ieri e la qualità del progetto è veramente a livelli altissimi domani la monto non vedo l’ora di vederla tutta assemblata complimenti ancora per il progetto
