Description

These simply cover the opening to the XY stepper motors to protect them from dust and debris. Simple print, snaps in place and helps keep the motors safe. No supports needed.

I've remixed the original to use a little less material, resulting in a slightly lower profile, but increased the tab size/strength. Because of that I've also added indentations on the top to make removable super quick with a finger tip so if you need to get in there for some inspection its simple.

It does fit in. Although it's somewhat loose and the small one actually makes contact with the belt when pushed it as far as the model allows with a very soft touch. So I pulled it out just a mm and now it doesn't touch. Would be a 5 star if it wasn't possible for it to touch the belt since not everyone hears the difference and might damage the belt in the long run. Other than that, perfect print.
