These are a little different because they have interchangeable magnetic faces!
Find them here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/255243#profileId-271644
They are designed to fit the same size lithophanes as my previous design, which is 101.6mm x 152.4mm x 4mm frame. Everything should be good to print in the included print profile, but do take note of the pauses for each plate. These are there to allow you to embed 8mm x 2mm magnets. The pockets are a little deeper and you may be able to fit 8mm x 2.5mm magnets. There are four different diffusers to allow you to adjust the brightness of the lithophanes. If you are using a color lithophane, I suggest using the open diffuser for the best results. For traditional lithophanes, you will probably want to use one of the other diffusers.
The lights are LED puck lights and can be found here:

The boxes should print well with the settings I provide, no supports needed!
It's pretty simple really. Place you desired diffuser in the back of the box, then drop in the puck light. Next you just need to add the back spacer (it has the I/O symbol), then just screw on the rear cap. Finally, drop your lithophane into the front, attach the face plate and you're done!
Simply push on the back of the lithophane box to turn you light on or off!
If the threads are a little tight, try adding a very small amount of lithium grease at the top of the threads on the box, then carefully work the threads back and forth until you get the cap flush to the body. If your lights come with a self-adhesive backing, you can attach the rear spacer to the light. Also, you may be able to make them a little brighter still by adding some foil tape to the inside faces of the boxes.
I have also included a plate with 4" x 6" border that will allow you to add a 4mm frame to your color lithophanes. When you create you lithophane on https://lithophanemaker.com/index.html, make sure you set the size of the lithophane to 150mm x 100mm. This will allow you a little wiggle room when you add the generated files to the frame border. Also, make sure you assemble the parts before slicing.
I have included a plain frame face that you can customize for yourself, along with a couple of others I designed. If you do design your own frame face, make sure you check your preview to make sure you don't intersect with the magnet pockets!
If you would like to make these and sell them, feel free to do so! All I ask is that you don't remove my logos and give credit for the design.
Also, I design a lot of things for RC cars as well and you can find the items I sell here: https://kmdesignslinn.etsy.com
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like the boxes!

2/8/24 - I realized I forgot to add the “Plain” frame face, so it's in there now.
3/14/24 - I removed the “Themed” frame faces and added them to their own listing.
