SPEARGUN ANATOMICAL HANDLE - RIGHT

Brand new anatomical speargun handle was developed for achieving the perfect grip.

It's shape ensure optimal gun holding angle and an easy installation to speargun.

The handle system is assembled from 3 pieces with 316L stainless steel screws. The base plate shape allows the replacement with Neptonics or Tinman assembly due to its same size. It is designed for an easy speargun attachment, corners with 3/16″ radius were selected to match a 3/8″ diameter router bit for easy recessed mounting.

We suggest printing it in stronger and temperature more durable materials like PETG, ABS, ASA, PETCF, PAHTCF.

Screws needed (stainless steel 316L countersunk knipping screw DIN 7982):
-2x 2.9mm X 13mm - trigger guard
-1X 3.9mm X 45mm - front handle hole
-1X 3.9mm X 50mm - rear handle hole

Handle part can be submerged in acetone for 10 seconds (if made out of ABS or ASA). Surface will become sticky, perfect for covering it with fine sand to get best grip. Once the grip is covered in sand slip inside trigger guard and attach on main platform. Wait one day so that acetone can evaporate and surface becomes hard again. After the handle part is dry and hard, screw in the bolts.

If you don't want sanded handle just skip this step and assemble all 3 parts together and secure them with screws.

For achieving best results we suggest printing main platform and trigger guard out of Carbon Fiber reinforced filament and handle part our of ABS or ASA.

Layer thickness: 0.2mm

No support needed when printing except in the handle slot for trigger guard.
