Description

Simple kitchen accessory to make the shape of the real Italian gnocchi. Easy to hold and comfortable to use.

It is recommended to use food-safe plastic, otherwise it is also possible to cover the model in alimunium foil in order to still use it without problems.

There are the four ingredients you'll need to make gnocchi at home: 3 medium potatoes,  1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (more for dusting), 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon salt.

Here's a very brief overview of the gnocchi recipe:

  1. Boil and drain the potatoes, then mash or pass through a ricer.
  2. Combine the ingredients, then knead into a ball.
  3. Divide the dough into four even portions and shape into "snakes."
  4. Cut the snakes into pieces.
  5. Boil and drain the gnocchi.

Why did you orient it vertically to print? No judgement, just curious.
