Description

We have already printed various stands for earrings and rings. Unfortunately, my wife didn't like them. For this reason, we created this beautiful rotatable and expandable stand together. All modules can be rotated. The individual levels are connected with connectors. There is a long and a short version. As you can see, you have a lot of space.

-----

UPDATE 3 25.02.2024

  • Added a rondel for hairclips

UPDATE 2 11.02.2024

  • Edit for the End Stop Hole size for A1 Mini Build Plate (Made it a bit smaller to get a better fit on top)

UPDATE 11.02.2024

  • added a very long connector (4cm longer)
  • changed a filename of the old connector from “Earring Holder_connector.step” to “Earring Holder_conmnector long”
  • changed the .3mf files and added the very long connector to the plate

A great idea… Did not thought about it. My girls don‘t have hair clips because of short hairs ☺️ But i will create it. Just only a flat rondel? Or something special to fix the hair clips?

i think just a flat one will do the trick. maybe about 2-3 mm thick. would be awsome, i will try it and give feedback asap if you make one. We have those clips everywhere at home, suuper annoying 😆

This is amazing. I printed in Sunlu Silk3d Silver. Came out great.

I really like this rack a lot! Is there anyway you could make a pole thats even longer? I find that my keychains hang down too far. Maybe you can make a small piece that can act as a spacer without having the "stop" on either aide of it?

Can you take a picture and show what you mean? I understand that you want to have a longer stop on the top?

I think he wants each rondel to be higher (longer pole overall) because I also want to use this to hang my keychains but my keychains are too long/big and hit the bottom/lower rondel. Thanks in advance!

Just scale the piece! Thats a good Idea! When in BS Click scale and uncheck uniform scale. Take the top of the model and drag it a lil higher.. ima give that a try.. ill report back

Hello! I just printed this model (which looks amazing, thank you!) but unfortunately it looks like the top cap's hole is too wide to snugly fit on any of the poles. The holes under each pole measure at ~7.5mm but the top cap hole is ~8.3mm so it just slides right off and doesn't keep the top ring in place. Could that be adjusted?

Thank you for the feedback, i will review it on the A1 Mini Plate. I edited today and added a new connector. Maybe i added the old Top connector. Sorry for that, i review it directly.

I think the version I printed was actually before your change, because it only printed two connectors and the top cap, if the new version is all correct, let me know and I'll re-print that plate!

I double checked... Maybe the scaling is a bit out of range :( I will add a end stop that has a bit smaller hole.

love this design. I’m needing something like this for my wife’s clothing boutique. Do you think it will hold the earrings for display?

It certainly depends on the weight of the individual earrings. I would perhaps print it once and try hanging it with earrings. It has to withstand different demands in the store than at home. It works at home. But I think customers use such things a little differently in the store than at home :)
