Description

Since my kids love the show “The Amazing World of Gumball” and i don't see any models here, i made one of my kids favourite character from the series.

This is Darwin, the walking golden fish.

It's a simple keychain for your keys, backpack or just to admire. Soon i'll make some more characters from the series. In the meantime, drop a visit on my profile and see if there's something you like.

Also leave a rating if you want to. You don't have to, but i thank you if you do!

Visit my profile for several coasters and the storage for them too. If there isn't one coaster that you like there, send me a message and i'll make one for you free of charge.

Check my other simple models here

Thank you for downloading, your support is what keeps me here!

As a side note, if the model looks small to you, resize X and Y to about 150% to 170% to get that perfect size (Don't touch Z size).

*I always get a warning about the possibility of my profile being reversed to the default one if you print with the phone app and because of that i'll post the settings used, in case you need them.

  • 0.16 Layer height
  • 2 Walls/Perimeters
  • Arachne wall generator instead of classic
  • 5 or 6 Bottom shells
  • 5 or 6 Top shells
  • 5% infill (there is no infill with those bottom and top shells)
  • Purge block advised. keeps the colors clean and it's only 2 or 3 grams more.
  • If you print 2, it takes roughly the same time and you get less waste, although my models are optimized for less “poop waste”

"Hello, there are layer errors in the model, it doesn't come out without support, and the middle layers are being painted."

I am sorry but that is your fault, honestly. You changed how it prints as you can see from my slicer pictures. it is supposed to be downloaded and printed as it is. You are making 36 color changes, mine is only 14. Your takes more time than mine, that means you changed the original profile/orientation. Your picture shows that you put the bottom part as the top and you can see that in the orientation of the figure. Yours is not even touching the build plate as it should, that means it was an user error (yours). My design (original) is looking left and yours is looking right (check your pictures and mine). Again, because you changed the orientation. Try and download it again and print it as it is and it will come out perfect just like on the pictures here posted. Never touch a model orientation or profiles without knowing what you are doing! The creator will get a bad rating because of the user not knowing what he is doing and changing how it's printed! Will wait for your feedback if you want to print it again, this time correctly. Download and print! Done! Thank you and good luck

"If you can also make Gumball and Powerpuff Girls characters as keychains, that would be great."
