Top of the head doesn't fit on the hair, not sure it's normal. I've upscaled all parts to 150%. The top of the head measure 35.57 and the hole inside hairs only 34.86mm Same issue with the hole on the head, 35.5mm and the top of the chest 36mm.

I’m sorry, I cannot speak to your scaling. :( it passed my print test as uploaded and lots of others’. best I can advise is to scale the hair (and mask) a bit larger than 150% :( I don’t know if sanding will even get you the needed clearance if it’s really that far out.

Sadly nothing fit, I've printed the hand and the claws, they doesn't fit together. The hairs and head doesn't fit either, I've had to redesign the head (I also wanted a much round head to have a perfect circle) and use a heat gun to add clearance on the hairs to have the parts fit together more or less correctly. The inside of the mask is very strange too. It's an amazing model that would have been perfect with more clearance between parts.

again, I cannot speak to any scaling you may have done. all I can say is that many, many, many others have been printed at the size I uploaded and none have complained about the issues you’re having. 😥

Amazing Minifig model, I love it. The model quality is amazing, highly detailed, except the top of the legs and the hips. Any reason why they aren't perfect like the rest of the model ? (to allow the legs to stay in place ?) Could it also be possible to have the head with the beard as a separated part of an assemble ? I'd love to add fuzzy skin just on this part, but sadly I can't split this object in parts in the slicer. Many thanks in advance Regards

the legs are held in place by friction between the leg holds and the hip pegs, the area in the photo looks like a miscalculated facet, but it will be hidden once assembled and is not visible in a standing position. considering additional accessories and heads for models going forward, definitely! thank you for your feedback! 😃

That's what I thought, that was hard to believe you made such a mistake when we see the high quality of the model. Regarding the fuzzy skin, I've separated all the parts inside the slicer with boolean operations, and sadly the slicer isn't handling well such a mix..... A possible solution will be to make the beard much thicker and inserted deeply inside the model to ensure it's bounded enough.

Wolverine printed well with the print profiles that were already configured. The only adjustment I made was using organic supports over the "normal" supports. Organic gave a much quicker print time. (I also didn't have any brown filament handy so you'll notice the costume has black instead of brown highlights lol)

I am new to the 3D print word so may I ask this print will probably create unworldly amount of “poop” pieces correct?

It does. HOWEVER, as someone who’s painted FAR too many warhammer and blood bowl miniatures, as well as other statues, and has a wife and four sons…I’ll gladly take your poop.

I’ve had figures sit for YEARS because I didn’t have time to paint them. in the grand scheme of things, a roll of filament here in the USA costs $20 average for one of quality. I’ll be liberal here and say that even if half a roll was wasted on purge, which it isn’t, a quarter typically, $5 is well worth my time and sanity. 🙂
