Kei Truck Keitruck D12 WPL 1/16 5th wheel conversion kit

New kit to convert your WPL D12 1/16 tiny truck with a 5th wheel on the rear.
It need to cut and remove the rear part of the original model. Only two lines of cutting need to be made at the rear of the cabin on the bed plastic part. See pictures.

Then you can let the rear of the cabin like this or add a new rear cabin closing part on top of the stock one. See pictures, no holes needed,

Then the Rear bed has to be fitted on the chassis using stock screws.
the 5th wheel is fitted on this bed previously using the 4 holes you can find on the top surface.

I suggest to add the front bar on the bed to secure the cabin in place. Itpush the cabin in place using the two original ears you can find there.

5th wheel is assembled with M 1.4mm screws acailable on ebay as an exemple.

As usual you have to redrill holes to 1.2mm when a screw has to screw in and redrill to 1.5mm when a screw has to go through freely. Use M1.4 screws from 4mm to 12mm for the whole assembly.

Parts have to be properly placed on the 3D machine bed as I don't know how to do it in the Cads.

You have two hinges level, the high and low profile depending of trailer you want to use.
For the Goseneck trailer use the High profile one.
