3D model description

This is a two-peace part that mounts to the wall to extend a conical rubber door stop.
I made this Extender for a Door Stop to increase the space between the wall and the door stop In my case this prevented the door handle from hitting the wall-mounted TV.

The Door Stop Extender consists of two parts, an inner Wall Mount-part that is screwed to the wall and an Extension part that slides over the wall-mounted part. It is on this extension part that you screw your rubber damper to.
The Door Stop Extender is designed so that the Extend Part rests against the wall when it is slided over the Wall Mount and the shock goes straight through it into the wall (and not to the Wall Mount). Note that a rubber damper is not included in these files.
Take a look at the dimensional drawings to make sure that your intended screw for your rubber damper of choice can be screwed into the extender.

The EXTENDER is printed lying horizontally to maximize its strength, and with the bottom side facing to the build plate IMPORTANT: SEE PICTURE FOR PRINT ORIENTATION.
I wanted all the wall thickness on the Extender part to be at least 4mm thick because of the shocks it receives. Infill 25%

The Wallmount is basically solid. Printed with 2 mm thick Walls.
