This model is designed to have a 25 mm circular NFC tag embedded within in. Using an app such as NFC Tools you can then add a link to the album to tag.

This is sliced to use an AMS and a 0.4 mm nozzle, but can be printed without it. Using .2 mm layers, do a layer pause at layer 13 (2.6 mm), and then a color change at layer 19 (3.8 mm). Additionally, if you have a 0.2 mm nozzle you should be able to get better clarity on the lettering.
