3D model description

A printable Tibialis Raise Bar. It can be printed in 3 main parts and easily assembled with very little post-processing. Made famous by the knees-over-toes guy, Ben Patrick, it helps improve knee strength and health by strengthening the tibialis muscles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNS_QjGAs_k

The starting price for most tib bars is around 50€ or $, which is a high hurdle for people that just want to give it a try. My printed model can withstand at least 30kg! I couldn't lift any more and had a terrible muscle ache the day after. Definitely enough for beginners, who will usually lift about 5-15kg.

The updated version also includes food pads for comfort. You can glue the tib bar together with epoxy, or screw it together and apart for easy transport.

Made for Olympic weight plates (50mm) . Weights and Barbell collar are not included in this package.

3D printing settings

Printed in Sunlu PLA+ at 205Β°C
7 outer layers and 30% infill was enough for me to be able to lift 30 kgs.
The pads can optionally be printed in TPU. I printed them with 3 outer layers, but I suggest 2, with about 25% infill.

Make sure to print the first few layers slowly to avoid warping or lifting.
