-Improved location of the screws to better match the frame,

This is the V2

This is an entirely laser cut enclosure for the Bambu Lab P1P model.

It requires to set different parameters for each part to cut it and engrave it.

I'm using a ZBAITU 36W laser cutter, with the following parameters :

Blue (Engraving) 10000 mm/m, 100% power, 0.1 Interval
Red (Cutting) 1000 mm/m, 100% Power, 2 Passes
Yellow (Logo line) 3000 mm/m 50% Power, 1 Pass
Green (Logo Fill) 10000 mm/m 100% Power, 0.1 Interval.

Made in Lightburn.

Material used is 3mm Plywood (if the wood is too dry it may crack along the bending pattern)

Since the Whole file is very large, you can cut it in 2 parts, I've done so to build mine and then joined the panels with a 3D printed ''H'' Shape stick with 3mm space to hold the panels tight in place.

may need to add a couple of screw holes at the back

Manufacturing settings

Laser settings in the description, for the Joiner 3D printed piece, lay flat, standard support, I used 100% infill.
