📐Corner Clamp for Woodworking🪚
I needed some corner clamps for a woodworking project that I'm currently working on.
Most of the corner clamps I found still needed a traditional one-hand clamp for tightening, so I designed my own that are fully 3D printed and don't need additional parts.
I increased the wall count a little bit in the print profile to ensure that the parts are strong enough.
The thread in the rail may look a bit rough after printing, but it worked like a charm without post-processing.

the screw is too tight and it brakes. the corners are very good. use more tollerance and design the screw to be printed horizontal. you dont need a full cylinder so you can print it lay down. ✌️

Like the model and especially 100% 3D printed.
If I may suggest, if you put a 1 or 2mm hole through the center of the screw it will make it stronger (more walls).

printed the vice part in PLA-CF and the rest in PETG. Everything went perfect, thank you very much!
