3D model description

Universal surface wet dry vacuum cleaning attachment with a focus in cleaning windows, this is a must if you like to quickly clean, keep your inside windows & surfaces spotless, & want to avoid creating an even larger mess.

Scouring the internet I could not find any attachment that enabled me to use my own wet/dry vacuum, was targeted for both windows & surfaces, & was easy to print (or even buy). There are options on amazon, none of which seem to be tailored for window cleaning, but more so industrial large surface floor cleaning.

I would note, there are all-in-one hand held solutions available on amazon, but i wanted to avoid this because of lack of faith in the quality, performance, battery life, & safety around water - & honestly I did not want one more tool that used is own charger & took up more space than just an attachment would that can be used with my quality cordless wet dry vacuum.

Easy to print - the attachment is printed in two parts to better accommodate the complex geometry of the suction path & squeegee insert.

Easy to install - I pulled the squeegee from a 12" Libman Stainless Steel Squeegee I purchased at Menards but can be found at many local HD stores & everywhere online. I found the profil of this is also similar to many other stainless steel brands on the market, so this should not be only limited to the Libman model.

Parts/ notes:
- (1) 12" Libman Stainless Steel squeegee (Local Menards/ HD Store or Online - $5-10).
- (x10) M4x14mm socket head screws.
- I recommend tapping the holes in advance or the use of insert nuts.
- I would use stainless hardware to avoid the bolts rusting as well.

3D printing settings

Printer Detail: Ender 3 S1 Plus, Carbon Fiber PLA +, .2 layer height, 25-35% infill, 4-6 hour print time/ part.

Size: Parts are ~11.5" wide, will need print bed this size or larger to accommodate.
