Description

Remodeled and remade the Head for the Articulated Shark Fidget Toy found here https://makerworld.com/en/models/99846#profileId-106471 Final file should be close to the original head with a few improvements tho more post processing. After many failed attempts at printing the original i had to make a solution. I originally tried to remix the original head and kept running into problems with the teeth. Eventually started over and ended up with this The teeth have filament strands connecting them while printing as well as small gussets on the back of the teeth making it very reliable to print The connector to the rest of the body has been redesigned so the head can be attached to the body of the original shark. Tho this was designed to fit a 145% scale so scale down if you made it the original size.

If this is a fresh build you must download the body from the original link above scale up 145%, split the model into objects, and delete the head. The connector will need glued into place when complete. I cannot share the body here as it is protected by the license Tho i will have a print profile on the original with this head and the body. The body in my print profile will also have two extra body links making it 15" long overall.

Another change will be more post processing as to make the jaw open you will need to snip the upper and lower teeth as well as snip or cut the connecting strands between the teeth.

This was all done with a combination of Fusion 360 and Blender.
