Description

My Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone case design in the style of the S23 Ultra Case by Yuro3D (this is a ground up new design so not a remix). I love Yuro3D's design on the S23 Ultra.

Please appreciate the fact that I painstakingly measure every part of the design and used numerous test prints to arrive at this case. Take a look at the picture with the ports.

I'm providing the Step file here for people to customize or personalize the case as needed.

I have a separate design in which you can add magnets for *magsafe inspired* compatibility..

*Note: The logo/pattern at the back of the case is customized for myself and is not part of the model.

Worked like a charm! Needed a case to cover the phone until rugged case arrived. Printed it and had it on my new phone in an hour and a half. Looked like a factory case. Fit perfectly! Everyone was surprised it was printed.

I printed it in TPU, no bottom layer, and octagram spiral infill to give it a cool bottom pattern. Didn't notice when seeing this design that there are slots on the corners to make it flexible to get the phone into a PLA or PETG printed case but it makes it too loose for TPU.

Yes, you're right. The design of this case is not meant for TPU. It is meant for more rigid materials (PLA, PETG) to snap the phone in.

Can I ask how would I go about adding a design of just simple text with a different color (AMS)? Not familiar with modeling software but fairly tech savvy to learn if needed.

The simplest way is to use the Bambu Lab AMS. Then u only need an STL of the text and simply add it in the Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer. Position it where u want and adjust the height or thickness to not be thicker than the case's back.

nice. I didn't think of that. I tried to use meshmixer but had no clue what to do haha. Then I tried Emboss in Bambu Studio. I'll have to try your suggestion and figure out what settings are needed to not have the image or text sit flush.

I might have done something wrong. When I put the phone in, the case cracked along a layer line toward the top. In my case, I think printing it 0.5mm longer may help. Very pretty model though, I really like it!

Best I can say is that it was S24 Ultra shaped. Beyond that it was a floppy mess, didn't fit right, and was the worst print I've had in the lifetime of my 3d printing life

Hi, I printed 5-6 of these using the profile attached with either PLA or PETG. None of the had any issue of being floppy. Can you post a picture of what we're looking at so perhaps I can see if it can be tweaked?

Thanks so much for designing and sharing this! I just brought home an S24U today, and it's going to be a few days before a case I ordered will arrive. I'm always paranoid about messing with a new phone without a case on it, and this was a perfect solution. It printed quickly and smoothly in basic PLA, fits like an OEM case, and should keep me safe until the one I ordered arrives. It's solid and stylish enough that I may wind up printing multiples in various filaments just to change things up on occasion. Thanks again!
