3D model description

Stylish Chandelier 1

I have created a chandelier using laser-cutting and 3D Printing.

The spacer is 130mm long for housing the hanger and the cables.

Assembled width is around 450mm. Height is around 270mm for the main body. Including the spacer, it is 390mm.

For hanging I have created 8 pcs of 3 mm holes on the top part.

The hole in the middle on the top is 10mm but can be changed in vector graphic software like Inkscape or LightBurn.

The wiring on the sides was made using 1mm (up to 3.5 mm) coated steel wire, but you can use copper wire or other organic wires as well.

In my case, I have wired only the top half for easy bulb swap.

I have used 4 mm plywood for the laser-cut parts.

Bulb used:
steck! LED BULB SRLG22120 2100lm 22W

Socket used:
An old one, but here is a similar
4A E27 Light Socket
https://www.walmart.com/ip/12Pcs-4A-E27-Light-Socket-Screw-Bulb-Pendant-Lamp-Holder-Plastic/340800450

Spacer screws:
4x M3 nut
4X10mm M3 round head screw

For passing the wire through the top I have used a 10mm pneumatic joiner, but you can use any other (plastic preferred) way to pass your cable trough.

Instructions:
1. Woodglue the wooden parts together (I have used a wire around to keep them together)
2. Paint (I have used brown varnish)
3. Add the lightbulb socket
4. Add top hanger wires
5. Wire up the side panels (I have used 1mm wire, but you can use up to 3.5mm)
6. Hang the chandelier and connect power (Wago connector)
7. Add nuts to the spacer and screw them together

Manufacturing settings

Black PETG
0.2 mm layer height
4 perimeters (walls)
