Data:

  • Stamp with replaceable base!

  • PLA + TPU print (see below)

  • Handle press in to fix (no glue).

  • Two handles (with and without direction mark).

  • You only need one handle for several bases.

Four ways to print the base:

a. Base complete in PLA

b. Begin base with PLA (resolution: 0.2 mm) and change filament by layer 64 into TPU (my settings below).

c. First print the base model without text in PLA. Then print a base with text in TPU, but reduce the Z-axis to -12 mm in the slicer. So you get a second thin base with text in TPU. Finally connect the two bases with glue.

d. Base complete in TPU

My setting for version b:

I used the option "Filamnet change" in Cura. You can find it under "Extensions - Post Processing - Modify G-Code - Add a script - Filament change".

Print the base with text on the top.

Z-Offset: curent value

Speed: average of both filaments

Nozzel temperature: TPU setting

Bed temperature: PLA setting

Flow: average of both filaments.

Retraction: PLA setting

There are four ways to print the bottom part:

a. Bottom part completely in PLA.

b. Start printing with the lower part (layer thickness: 0.2 mm) in PLA and change the filament to TPU in the 64th print layer (see below for my print settings).

c. First print the template without text in PLA. Then print the desired lower part with text. However, the part height in the slicer is reduced to -12 mm in the Z-axis. The result is a second thin lower part with text in TPU. Finally, both parts can be joined with glue.
