3D printing settings

  • Printer: The piece was successfully tested using the Creality K1 Max printer.
  • Layer Height: Set to 0.2mm for an optimal balance between detail and printing time.
  • Filament: Creality brand PLA filament was used, which provided excellent layer adhesion and finish quality.
  • Extruder Temperature: Adjusted to 220 degrees, allowing for smooth and consistent material extrusion.
  • Bed Temperature: Kept at 45 degrees, which helped to minimize warping and improved first layer adhesion.
  • Fans: The layer cooling fan was running at 85%, while the side fan was maintained at 80%, offering effective cooling without compromising the integrity of the print.
  • Supports: The design's structure eliminates the need for supports, simplifying the post-printing process and maintaining the cleanliness of the final design.
