Hi, 

this is my design of printable ball joint.

Some details:

• Ball hole is 5.1mm
• Rod hole is 4.9mm (should be threaded with m5 tap for easy screw in.
• Rod hole length is 20mm
• Ball / housing spacing is 0.6mm
• No support needed
• Those settings worked best on Zortrax m200 with Z-Ultrat filament (ABS based)

Originally it was printed on Zortrax m200, using Z-Ultrat filament. Should work well with any ABS and ASA
