Be careful with these kind of "safety gear". In case of emergency no one is able to rescue the kid by opening the seatbelt. Beware God that you get in these situations. If your car catches fire it will be a problem to get out in time. Same when you are having a crash. You can cut the seatbelt, but not everyone has the knife.

I know, I've thought about that myself. But I also think that the fire department is familiar with these systems because they are not new. And if I'm driving the car myself and notice the fire, I know what I need to open it and it doesn't really take any longer. If you don't notice the child unbuckling, it's not safe for the child and I think the chance is higher than that of fire. But I think everyone should know for themselves whether they are using it or not telling anyone to use it.
