3D model description

Full size imitation of the 2cm Fliegerfaust rocket. This was a prototype anti-aircraft weapon which used a simplified 20mm HE shell for the warhead, combined with a rocket motor. This was in development by Germany towards the end of WW2, planned to be used with eight-tube shoulder-fired launchers.

Information on these is limited, but I've replicated the nozzle and spin-inducing angled swirl ports, along with the profile of the rocket motor casing and 20mm warhead.

Approx complete dimensions: 230mm (9") high and 23mm max (0.9") diameter.

Makes a cool display piece for anyone interested in experimental German weapons of WW2!

You can find my rocket collection here on Cults!

(Note: This is a cosmetic imitation only, it cannot function or be made to function as a real device. I am not responsible for any mis-use of the printed items. The renders showing paint colours and markings are for
illustration purposes only.)

3D printing settings

Printer with minimum 170mm Z-axis (height) print space required!

0.16 to 0.20mm layers recommended. All parts pre-oriented in best printing position. No supports required.

The rocket motor body doesn't have a large amount of contact area with the bed plate, so if you are using a 'bedslinger' style of printer, it might be advised to turn down the print speed to ensure stability.
