Thumler's Tumblers are used to polish rocks, small parts, and commonly used to polish brass in reloading ammunition.

Anyone who owns a Thumler's tumbler should know that the original belt that comes with the tumbler has a tendency to stretch and "take a set" and stop working the distortion seen on the original belt in my photos. Sure a replacement can cost as little as a dollar if you can find a generic o-ring the right size or as much as $20 on amazon for a 3 pack but why do that when we have technology! If you don't have TPU or even a 3d printer, please learn from my mistake and always remove the belt after each use so you can avoid this as long as possible, however it will eventually happen regardless.

This print is designed to be superior then off the shelf parts, it is designed to be printed in TPU with inner chamfers to self center and have the largest contact patch possible much like a V belt found in automotive/industrial applications, less slipping! On the reverse side is a flat for ease of printing which also has the benefit of increased material to spread the tension across. Is this overkill, YES! This part costs pennies to make, better than the original, and if I need another one in 10 years I can just print it again instead of trying to find a spare I may or may not have lost.
